Our recipes use fresh ingredients and are family-tested. AND, they're easy to make. If you can READ, you can COOK! You can modify our recipes slightly by adding and deleting ingredients, but we don't chase the latest dietary trends.  It's hearty, delicious, home cookin' at its best!

A note about the NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION listed: ALL INGREDIENTS in the recipe are counted, not just the ones you eat (like in a marinade, when you cook something in oil/butter, or the grease you may drain from a skillet). So if the numbers look unreasonably high, they probably are. Just use your noodle and take it with a grain of salt...(that's kitchen talk for don't sweat the small stuff).

  • Mario Brothers Pasta Bake - Spicy Italian sausage, basil pesto, and fresh spinach in a marinara sauce, baked into penne pasta and 1/2 pound of mozzarella. A ton of garlic and some parmesan. Grazi Mama! Calories 790, Fat 46.0, Protein 35, Carbs 58
     
  • Chicken and Salsa Hat Dance Wraps - This one is easy, yummy, and great for camping, or on-the-fly dinners. South of the border chicken with tomatoes, green chilies, and cheddar.   • Old Canton Beef with Peas and Carrots - Ah so, grasshoppa. Another sweet/salty stir fry to send your family diggin' to China. Beef strips stirfried in a gingery brown sugar and soy sauce mixture with peas and carrots, and served on rice. Approximate WW points 4 per serving. Calories 203, Fat 10.0, Protein 16, Carbs 10
     
  • Seven Layer Tortilla Pie - Layers of refried and black beans, cooked ground beef, salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cilantro, tomatoes and flour tortillas...is that 7?   • Tuscany Chicky Veggie Medley - This little chicky was imported from Italy and stirfried with green beans, onions, and mushrooms. Tossed with an authentic italian tomato sauce.
